The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Chefs win the Anchor Master Chef 2010 Competition
Jay Williams - Specialty Chef Blue Orange and Edward Mair – Sous Chef Hunters Room and grill have won the Anchor Master Chef 2010 competition.
The competition was held over 4 days from Sunday 10 – Wednesday the 11th at Fonterra’s new kitchen facility, the Culinarium, with dishes judged by Peter Hallmanns, Jacob DeKlerkand Alen Thong. Some of the teams that entered included Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Deira Creek, Grosvenor House Dubai, Coral Boutique Hotel, Emirates Golf Club, The Westin Dubai and Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Resort. The winning team received AED 10,000 and one year's worth of media exposure in conjunction with Fonterra, the second place received AED 5000.
