The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina proved its team building activities most definitely ‘float the boat’ with invited media guests. Participants experienced first hand what The Westin offers to corporate and leisure groups aboard its Archambault 35 racing vessel. The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina acquired its brand new Archambault 35 in February in order to offer corporate groups the chance to take to the open sea and discover the adrenalin-rush of riding the waves at top speed aboard the stylish 35ft, 21 horsepower vessel. Group options include organising sailing regattas, whereby groups can race against each other in heats, while their colleagues compete on the Le Meridien Mina Seyahi’s Archambault 35. Teams get to experience every aspect of crew and helmsmanship, helping colleagues to bond and learn to work together, as they battle it out for supremacy of the seas.

A video from the Maktoum Sailing Trophy Dubai (to give you a preview of things to come this year!). The prestigious Maktoum Sailing Trophy 2008 is a Regatta of 10 Inshore Races and one offshore passage race for individual yachts from the Thursday 21st February 2008 to Friday 29th February 2008. The Organising Authority is the UAE Marine Sports Federation through the Mina Seyahi Dubai (a division of DIMC). The race will take place at the new Mina Seyahi Dubai (MSD), situated in the City of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
